I am originally from Newport, Oregon on the Pacific Coast. I received my Bachelor's in Dietetics from Oregon State University in 2012, followed by completing a 1200-hour dietetic internship through the University of Northern Colorado in 2012. Master's degree in Nutrition from University of New Mexico. I enjoy helping people with IBS, gut health issues, and disordered eating.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, or RDN) has the highest level of education among nutrition professionals. A bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics is required, along with a 1200-hour dietetic internship. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists are sought out for their knowledge specifically in treating the nutritional component of medical conditions.
